EBA Automotive was highly recommended to me by a friend who has been using them for several years. Having had some bad experiences in the past with other auto repair places I was still a bit stressed. I went online and read all the reviews and was really impressed with how many were 5 stars. This made me feel really good about them since the other places I looked at only had scores up to about 3 and lower. From the very first minute I called I was totally impressed with how great the customer service was. Roland is absolutely the best office manager I have ever dealt with. He is super nice and friendly and really good about explaining the repairs needed and why. But mostly I felt he was honest about the cost and wasn't trying to cheat me or sell me something I didn't need. Best part of all is the cost of the repairs I needed were very reasonable. I was originally going to go to the Honda dealership who quoted me over $1000 - almost double for the same repairs. I am really amazed, relieved, and super happy that I found out about EBA. They don't advertise much and kind of hidden so I don't know if I ever would have found them on my own but I am so thankful that I did. For the first time in my life I found an auto repair shop that I can trust and feel comfortable taking my car to and not have to stress about being ripped off. I just want to say thank you to Roland, the mechanic who worked on my car, and all of the great people at EBA Automotive. I will tell everyone I know about them, in fact, I have already referred them to a co-worker. Anyway, I couldn't be happier!
Hard to find an honest mechanic these days... Look no further! These guys are the real deal! upfront and forthright! No surprises! Very professional and friendly! EXTREMELY fair pricing! (I am anal when it comes to finding deals...I did my research and couldn't find anyone better in town!) When it comes to price and value, you can't beat these guys! I highly recommend and will continue to bring my car here from here on out!

We have had all three of our vehicles serviced by EBA Automotive since we moved to the area. Rolando is the most polite, informative and honest person we have ever met. We have been most satisfied with all of the work performed on our vehicles. If you have a mystery problem that needs to chased and fixed, Rolando and EBA Automotive have the knowledge and determination to get the job done and to correct problems that you may have thought another auto shop fixed previously, but did not. If you want it done right at a fair price, EBA Automotive Repair is the place to go.
Anyway, I first found these guys a couple years ago when I met Fidel (the office manager), and he definitely made me feel comfortable with their way of doing business. Since I know about cars, I pretty much know what's wrong with my cars and usually just need a particular repair done. It's nice to know these guys don't try to push more stuff on you like some shops. They did give me a list of things they think need attention, but they weren't at all pushy, more like just informing me of stuff I should watch out for, such as warped rotors or worn brake shoes, neither of which were critical yet.
The folks at EBA Automotive are top notch. Good quality work at fair prices, what more can you ask for? I do most of the work on my cars, so I don't actually pay someone to work on my car very often, but when I do, it's nice to have a repair shop you can trust. One of the things I don't have tools for is AC repair, so I have to bring my car in to these guys. They fixed me up right away. Well, maybe not right away, I had to wait a couple days because they were busy, but that's a good thing, right? If your repair shop isn't busy, that might be a bad sign.
Exceeded my expectations in every way! Rolando is professional and courteous. He communicated with me every step of the way. They met my time constraints, as well, as I had an afternoon commitment. The work was done well and my new brakes and rotors were a reasonable price. I'll go back!
So if you're looking for a mechanic you can trust and will treat you fairly, I recommend these guys. At first I thought it was kinda far to drive from Plano to Allen just for a auto repair shop, but the actual drive is shorter than appears on the map.
