I usually go here for oil changes only. This time we needed to get a fuel pump replaced and it was a convenient place to where the vehicle broke down on a Sunday, plus my husband was going out of town the next day. We were quoted $1300. We already knew it was the fuel pump and we have our own scanner. About $550 in labor which seems pretty high. Left the drivers door and steering wheel filthy. Guys are always super nice but disappointed this time around with the quality of work. I also discovered new scratches around the vehicle.
I went in to get a state inspection and was pleasantly surprised by the this place! The waiting area is clean and spacious. The service was top notch. Bob was very friendly and got me right in. Don Finley helped me with questions and checked me out. I'll definitely be back and would recommend Driver's Edge to a friend. Thanks!

***Update*** My vehicle will not start now. I started it Wednesday morning and it wouldn't turnover. As I was giving it gas, their was some give as I pushed the pedal and it wouldn't go higher than 3. I took it around the block, not to drive to far and it won't go over 4. I parked it in front of the house, called my husband and he said he will look at it when he comes back to town. I tried multiple times to run the vehicle but it won't start.

Haven't been here for any major work or even an oil change, but I just stopped in this afternoon because I had a loose panel hanging down under my car. No appointment or anything, just walked in and told them about the loose panel, they put my car right up on the lift and inserted the appropriate missing screw. All done in less than 5 minutes, and no charge. If this is an indication of their typical customer service, I will definitely will plan to return for service when necessary. Thanks guys!
The guy here named Joe on the McDermott location is EXTREMELY helpful and very quick with his work. He offers great suggestions and really hears you out for what you have to say. The work here isn't slow nor fast, they are usually moderately busy but extatic to get your car into their shop. Love this place
