Basically.... Needs MUCH work and improvement.
DO NOT SPEND your money at this place. They have horrible mgmt & horrible customer service. Nothing like it was when it opened. Lexi is a very immature, no customer service skills. STAY AWAY take your money elsewhere. Prices have also increased... so higher fees and bad service!
Why not invest in proper, regular carpet cleanings and disinfectants??? I mean, they want the kids to remove their shoes, which is a problem itself. And the staff of teens are not too ecstatic themselves.
Great fun for a wide range of kids. My daughter loves this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

the location in Allen is pretty well maintained. it is better than the Plano location. I went to this location 3 years ago for a school event. the attractions were safe. there were some employees watching over the attractions all the time, and I would choose to come back next time
Otherwise this place will NOT be an option for me to take my own kids. They were invited to a birthday party here and it's close by the house.
Love this place! I have an autistic son who really enjoyed himself. Went on a Thursday afternoon and he had the whole place to himself!
2. Location
The very first thing you notice (unless your nose is completely stopped up) is the overwhelming stench of FUNKY FEET!!!
