A huge selection and being that it was black Friday shopping, there were plenty of amazing deals. Lines were about 30-45 min to get into the store and another line at check out totalling 1 and a half hours for a few items at 40-70% off. Not too bad in my book. Overall good shopping minus the crowd.
I prepared for my trip to the mall today by printing off my VIP coupons which also included the coupon passbook for the mall. After spending 10 minutes finding parking and then walking trying to find the new mall office, I was informed they no longer have the passbooks as they have gone digital. While that's great and everything, I must ask why did the website allow me to take the time to search through the coupon offers and then print them off TODAY if they were no longer being used by this mall? I ended up leaving without entering a single store because I had wasted so much time getting the coupons and finding the office only to get nothing. Of course as I was leaving, my normal exit was now a one way entrance coming into the mall. That meant I had to backtrack and go out a different exit. Nothing was marked and I have zero problem never setting foot on the property again. Parking was already a nightmare but then they added the new stores in the middle. Do they offer tram service now for the essentially offsite parking? Serious question. I don't know.
Went there on Thanksgiving. Had a tough time finding a place to park. I don’t blame the mall authorities. I was Thanksgiving, duh! But a good spaced out mall, got some great clothing options but very few places to dine. They’ve got a Starbucks and a Pizza place.
Nice outlet mall, if you haven't been there in awhile they have added new buildings with more stores. The new additions are nicely done, saw an outdoor fire pit to sit by. Also some of your favorite stores may have changed locations so check the electronic guide boards.
I have shopped this mall many times. It is always clean and inviting. This year we braved Black Friday shopping. They had police directing traffic and security guards at most stores. Even though there were a lot of people, everything was managed well, the deals we're great, and everyone was very nice.
