Overall, this place is great. The people are nice, food is good, comfy beds. But, this place has some issues that need to be fixed.
We went to a concert one night and when we got back the front door was off, understandably because it was late. The one instructions on the door were use you card to get in. (But the card machine didn't work.) We were just about to push the doors open when he opened them from the back office cause apparently he had been sitting there watching us on camera trying to use the card machine. He then came out an rudely announced you could have called the machine is broken.
Hotel was great! Swam in the pool and got in the hot tub. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly, EXCEPT the guy that works nights.
Came by to see friends. Nice quiet lobby but didn't see much staff (it was close to 2am though). Solid rooms, you can't really go wrong with Homewood from my experience
We never saw the phone and there was no sign noting that the machine was broken.
Very nice rooms, food is good but runs out quickly, and great amenities. There are a few issues with this place:
From Day One I Received Top-Notch Service. Front Desk To House Keeping Has Been Nothing But Good. Breakfast And Dinner Was Always Pleantiful. The Dinner Host Natalie And The Cooks, Sabrina And The Rest Always Spoke And Greeted My Family. Will Highly Recommend For Business Trips Or Just A Vacay, Homewood Suites Made Me Feel Like It Was Home Sweet Home...
2.keycards expire too soon and/or without reason, causing us to take the elevator(read above), or walk down 4 flights of stairs to get more keycards just to have them randomly expire on us.
1.elevators will get stuck multiple times. In my time being here, I've had 3 times that the elevator has stuck on the fourth floor and has not let me out. Additional to my experience with the elevators, my family members each individually have experienced being stuck in the elevator at least once. That's 5+ issues in one week. Doesn't seem very safe.
We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom suites. It was a nice place with a basketball court and outdoor pool. Breakfast wasn't very good though. The eggs were runny.
