So we then spoke to the manager that was working the ER tonight and she said she will look into it and call us back.
We just recieved a phone call from the security officer at 5:00am accusing my husband of stealing a cell phone and threating to call the police. We asked him why would we still a phone when we BOTH have our own phone?
If this was you are your family members would you want the medical staff to say those type of things?
When we arrived to the ER the black girl that checked us in saw two ambulance trucks and she said " please don't let them come here" and I was very puzzled.
Worst E.R. experience. Went in because of previous fractured hip, was diagnosed at another hospital. Fell off a curb and broke it through with displacement. Was basically told that there was nothing he or the hospital would do to check me in or try to get an orthopaedic surgeon to fix my hip. Upon leaving the nurse would not help me into the wheelchair, I ended up fall backwards into it making the pain worse. I will not go there again.
I am giving a review on the front ER staff ONLY.
If you don't want an ambulance to come to a hospital that you work at then it is time to change the job field that you work in.

I work in the medical field and I care very much for my patients and that is the reason why this hit's home for me.
Came to the ER early in the morning and the staff was very nice and attentive. Nobody likes hospitals and it was my first time. They had trouble finding my veins so had pricked me 3 times before they could get an IV started. They helped me feel better so no complaints there.

One of the best programs ever. I went there hopeless and came out with as a much confident person. I can not thank you enough. They took my insurance and didn't send me a huge bill like other programs in the area. There is only one good program in Allen and that is Texas Health. Highly Recommend!!
This is racial profiling and you guys will definitely be hearing from our attorney.
