My son took his car to Trademark, and the half the trunk got scratched in swirls. He took it back immediately, and asked for the manager. The manager asked what my son thought happened. When he gave his answer, the manager said, 'no, that's not what happened, and I'm not admitting to anything.' When my son pushed him further, he said, 'since I'm a nice guy, I'll have it buffed out for you.'
Don't do any detailing it's a rip off. Ask them for leather seat treatment they said it was 40 dollars and for 20 dollars more they can clean dashboard and the doors and shampoo floor mats. I said don't care about shampoo but it would be nice to get everything cleaned. At the end of the service I have realized that seats cleaned but no leather treatment. When I asked they said that's 40 dollars extra just to put conditioner on the seats. What a rip off. I was under the impression that it was included. Make sure what are you purchasing don't trust their word.
They buffed it, which took the scratches out from the trunk, but scratched the outer tint of the window. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back.
I have taken my car to Trademark and received a scratch. My daughter in law took two cars to Trademark, and both received scratches in the same location as mine. When she mentioned it to management, they said, 'we are not admitting to anything' and wouldn't do anything about it.
I was recommended to you guys by a friend, (I am sure if I told you what his car is you would instantly know, he is that recognizable.). I am disappointed in the services though, maybe I should of gone up a level instead of The Works? There are still clearly bug smears and water drips all over the front bumper and the sides of the doors. Interior and glass are all done to perfection, but it was the bug smears that I was most concerned with. Needless to say, I will be trying out the other area car washes as comparison. On a side note there is not signage or anything stating that you need to watch for the staff to wave and say "Done", not many people are going to be sitting in the outside area in Texas's 100 degree heat. There should be a better process in place to let you know your car is finished please.
Staff was very nice and friendly though, and that does go a long way. I would of brought this up to management, but I was already late getting back to work.
Great car wash my parents took there cars here and ever since I've had my own car for a few years I've taken mine here. Great service and great wash. Nothing negative to say.
Best car wash in town. I own cars that are typically hand washed but they do a great job in between my hand washes. Took a trip had tons of bugs they were all off and car sparkling clean again. Kudos to Blake for being very friendly and helpful. Never experienced anything bad with this car wash.
If I have similar experiences with other car washes, I will come back to you guys out of location convenience and the friendly staff.
